Return/Exchange policy

We want you to love your GMKATEYE glasses! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

· Products are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

· Items purchased from our clearance sale page are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

· Items must be unworn (a quick try-on is totally fine!), in the condition received, and returned in original packaging.

· Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

· Returns sent for a refund are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.

· International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

Returned items must be shipped back within 10 days of initiating a return using the provided label.
